Forest and Nature Conservation Act of Bhutan 1995 is an Act to
provide for the protection and sustainable use of forests, wildlife
and related natural resources of Bhutan for the benefit of present
and future generations.
Forest and Nature Conservation Act of Bhutan 1995 deals with any
activity that occurs in the government reserved forests (GRFs),
including the national parks and biological corridors. The
Department of Forests under the Ministry of Agriculture is the
custodian of the Act.
